We organise regular visits to the projects we fund, allowing our team and stakeholders to see first hand the impact of their support.
These visits provide valuable insights and foster a deeper understanding of the challenges and successes within the social sector.
We encourage our team and stakeholders to actively participate in volunteering activities. We even give our team paid leave to take on volunteering opportunities.
Whether it’s lending a hand at a local charity event or offering professional skills to support a social enterprise, these opportunities help build stronger communities and help to create lasting change.
This new initiative is designed to connect Charity Bank staff with Black and Diverse-led organisations.
It is a platform for meaningful interaction and collaboration that delivers insights and value for Charity Bank and, most importantly, the social sector organisations we engage with.
Our commitment to connection extends to our board and staff meetings, where we regularly invite representatives from social sector organisations to share their experiences and insights.
These interactions ensure that our decisions are informed by those who are directly involved in the work we support.
