Fraudsters are becoming increasingly sophisticated. It’s all too easy to click on a phishing link or be deceived into parting with your money under false circumstances.

If you think you have been the victim of fraud or a scam involving your Charity Bank account, please contact us as soon as possible via email or telephone.

You’ll find more advice on how to avoid fraud and recognise scam emails on our security page.
